Our factory has five production bases which covers 200000m2 with advanced CNC processing machine. Based on our commitment to our quality-first policy, we tightly control quality over every step of the manufacturing process. And we obtains the ISO9001 and CE Quality System certification.

The production workshop covers an area of more than 200,000 square meters, with more than 500 workers and advanced CNC processing equipment including the German Zimmermann five-axis machining center. All parts are equipped with the world's top configuration to ensure stable and reliable products.

Advanced machining center
Our production line is equipped with a large number of professional processing facilities. Notably, we have a five-axis machining center imported from Germany. Among our equipment, the CNC vertical lathe can handle workpieces with a maximum diameter of 22 meters. These precise processing devices guarantee the accuracy of components, thereby endowing our products with an extended service life. They play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality and reliability of our pile drivers, enabling us to meet the strictest industry standards and the diverse requirements of our clients.
High-quality components
The core components of our pile hammers are all sourced from top international suppliers, boasting superior quality and excellent performance.The hydraulic systems are from Rexroth and Parker, ensuring precise power transmission. FAG bearings combined with high-strength gears guarantee stable and efficient operation. Cummins and CAT diesel engines provide powerful driving force. Hydraulic hoses from Eaton or Manuli ensure smooth oil circuits. The shock-absorbing rubber imported from Australia effectively absorbs shocks. Special shock-resistant motors can adapt to complex working conditions.
The core structural parts are integrally formed by vertical machining centers, replacing the traditional welding process. Coupled with the heat treatment process, stress is eliminated and structural strength is enhanced. The perfect combination of exquisite craftsmanship and high-quality components has created the outstanding quality of our pile hammers that are reliable and durable.

We have hydraulic vibratory hammers, hydraulic impact hammers, and electric vibratory hammers to meet the diverse needs of customers, and we have a large number of large, medium and small models. At the same time, we can also customize production according to the personalized needs of customers. At present, our market share of pile hammers in China exceeds 75%, with more than 200 patented technologies, and we are constantly upgrading and iterating our products. We will launch new upgraded products every year.
